2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on sagjili.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of any associated balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the sagjili.com registration process. Providing false or misleading personal information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

21+ Only. Registration at sagjili.com is exclusively available to adults aged 21 and above. Attempting to register on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your sagjili.com account, is strictly prohibited and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.1 Verification Requirement. sagjili.com is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or UMID) together with a clear, current selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted ID.

3.2 Verification Timeline. sagjili.com aims to process KYC submissions within thirty (30) minutes during standard business hours. Complex cases or submissions requiring additional documentation review may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. Players whose accounts are pending KYC verification may continue to deposit and play but will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Ongoing Verification. sagjili.com may request updated verification documents at any time as required by its compliance obligations, including upon significant changes in Player activity patterns or as required by PAGCOR regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). sagjili.com maintains AML policies in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended. sagjili.com may freeze, restrict, or close accounts where transaction patterns or Player conduct raises AML concerns, and may report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Player.

4.1 Personal Use Only. sagjili.com accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Sharing, transferring, selling, or otherwise permitting third parties to access or use a sagjili.com account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Credential Security. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sagjili.com login credentials, including their email address, username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. sagjili.com will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Suspicious Activity Reporting. Players who become aware of any unauthorized access to their sagjili.com account or suspect that their credentials have been compromised must notify sagjili.com Support immediately via Live Chat. sagjili.com will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to the notification.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their sagjili.com account at any time by contacting Support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled, subject to satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sagjili.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. sagjili.com does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, Players should verify whether their payment provider applies transaction fees at their end.

5.2 Deposits from Own Sources. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including funds transferred from another person's GCash or bank account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests are available to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Balance; and (c) made at least one qualifying real-money deposit into their sagjili.com account using an accepted payment method.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. sagjili.com processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. sagjili.com reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

sagjili.com does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Additional charges for bank transfers, if any, will be disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform prior to confirmation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sagjili.com are subject to these Terms and the specific terms published for each promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a sagjili.com account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. sagjili.com actively monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have promotional funds removed and may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses at sagjili.com carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are displayed in the Player's active bonus panel in their sagjili.com account dashboard.

6.5 Right to Modify. sagjili.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Active bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of cancellation will be honored subject to existing wagering requirements.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on sagjili.com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout of that game under certified conditions.

7.2 Technical Errors.   • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with sagjili.com's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure
  • Exploiting known or suspected software vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to sagjili.com's security team
Accounts found engaged in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately. All balances — including Real Money and Bonus Balances — may be forfeited pending investigation. sagjili.com will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in cases involving criminal conduct.

9.1 Player Obligations. Players at sagjili.com are responsible for monitoring and managing their own gaming activity. sagjili.com provides tools to assist Players in maintaining healthy gaming habits, but each Player bears ultimate responsibility for their own conduct and expenditure on the Platform.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. sagjili.com provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

  • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Session loss limits
  • Session time reminders and reality check notifications
  • Cooling-off periods (7, 14, 30, or 90 days)
  • Permanent self-exclusion

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who activate permanent self-exclusion from sagjili.com will have their account closed and will not be permitted to re-register. All marketing communications from sagjili.com to a self-excluded Player will cease immediately. sagjili.com will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but does not guarantee absolute prevention of access in all circumstances.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sagjili.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical errors, unauthorized account access resulting from Player negligence, or network failures outside sagjili.com's control.

11.3 sagjili.com's total liability to any individual Player for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sagjili.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address and via a notice displayed on the sagjili.com Platform upon their next login. Continued use of the sagjili.com Platform after notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease use of the Platform and contact Support to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes shall first be submitted to sagjili.com's internal dispute resolution process before formal legal proceedings are initiated. Internal dispute resolution requests must be submitted to sagjili.com Support with full supporting documentation within the applicable timeframe specified in Section 7.3.
